Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets

• Research and recommend travel options including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and packages

• Book reservations and issue travel documents using industry booking systems

• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel

• Stay informed on travel industry trends, destinations, and promotions

• Manage client records, payments, and itineraries accurately

• Promote travel services through networking, social media, and referrals.

Requirements

• Previous travel industry experience is a plus but not required (training provided)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet client needs

• Basic computer proficiency; comfortable using online booking tools and communication platforms

• Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences

• Must be legally able to work as an independent contractor

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must reside in the United States, Great Britain, or Mexico
